1. Remove mask from the package, unfold and apply to the face, aligning the holes to your eyes, nose, and mouth.

2. Relax for 15-20 minutes before removing mask.

3. Gently pat any remaining essence into your face for maximum absorption.

4. Follow with your usual moisturiser.

Tip - if you prefer a cooling mask, store in the fridge. Or, if you prefer to use warm you can heat gently by submerging the sealed pouch in some warm water for a few minutes before opening.
