Delivery Locations

We fulfil and ship to you from our Belfast HQ. At the moment we ship throughout the Ireland and Northern Ireland but hope to add more shipping locations soon. 

  • Northern Ireland
    • Orders under £30 - £3.99 - 2-4 working days
    • Orders over £30 - free shipping - 2-4 working days
  • Ireland
    • Orders under €35 EUR - €4.99 EUR - 2-4 working days
    • Orders over €35 EUR - free shipping - 2-4 working days. 
  • Great Britain
    • We do not currently offer shipping to Great Britain - but we hope to be able to add this location soon. 

Dispatch

Your order will normally be dispatched on the next working day after it was placed. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Do make sure you provide your correct email address when checking out so you can receive our emails and make sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case. 

What should I do if I won't be home to receive my order?

Depending on the size of your parcel (i.e. if it fits in an envelope), as signature may not be required. Once you receive your email confirmation with tracking link, you should check the courier partner's website to confirm whether a signature will be required for your delivery and update your delivery preferences. 

I need to change my delivery address/there's an error in my delivery address, what should I do? 

We work hard to pack and ship orders as soon as possible after they're received, which means there's usually a very short window in which to make any changes. That said, we will always do our best to help so please contact our team by emailing hello@yok-beauty.com with your order number and correct address as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to update the address. If the order is unable to be delivered and is returned to us, we'll issue a refund after deducting shipping costs. Regrettably, we can't offer a refund or reshipment for parcels delivered to the wrong address or lost in transit due to the incorrect address.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered or is not collected

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or invalid address or if it is not collected within the allotted timeframe, your package will be returned to us.

When the parcel is received, our team will verify and process the return as soon as possible. Once this process is completed, we will promptly issue a refund after deducting shipping costs. Regrettably, we can't offer a refund or reshipment for parcels delivered to the wrong address or lost in transit due to the incorrect address.

Please do take care to enter your complete and correct shipping address (including building, house or flat number and contact details) when checking out. Please also keep a close eye on notifications from Yo K-Beauty or the courier regarding the progress of your shipment. These notifications may contain vital information regarding your package's status or may even require some action on your part to ensure a successful delivery.
