How to use
1) Use in your evening routine. Start slowly, especially if new to retinal, using just once or twice a week and building up to more frequent usage.
2) Apply a small amount after toner/serum and before the moisturiser step of your evening routine. Press into the skin rather than rubbing to prevent irritation.
3) Be sure to wear SPF the following morning as retinal can make the skin more sun sensitive.
4) Avoid combining in the same routine with other retinoids or strong exfoliating acids
